HOW WE WORK
From first inquiry to final departure.
We begin with a personal consultation to understand your preferences, your travel history, and what you need from a planning partner. From there, we provide a detailed proposal and services agreement with a planning fee based on the scope and complexity. Everything is confirmed before work begins. No surprises.
We build your itinerary— flights, accommodations, activities, dining, and concierge services managed with clear milestones and proactive communication. A final review is conducted thirty days out, and your completed itinerary is delivered fifteen days prior to departure.
Our support does not end when you travel begins. Your team remains available throughout your trip, with direct access to our elite on-the-ground partners should anything arise.

Do you work with new clients, or is Stevens & Co. by referral only?
We welcome both. While most of our clients come to us through referrals, we also work with new clients who are ready for a different standard of travel planning. Every relationship begins with a conversation to understand your needs, your travel history, and what you're looking for in a partner.

How is Stevens & Co. different from a traditional travel agency?
A traditional agency books travel. We manage it. Every client works with a dedicated team that owns the full scope of planning — from the first itinerary to on-the-ground support during the trip itself. Our process is structured and custom built for you, your preferences, your family, and your lifestyle. The result is travel that feels effortless, because the complexity is handled before you ever leave home.
What is a planning fee, and how is it determined?
After our initial consultation, a planning fee is determined based on the scope and complexity of your trip and the planning timeline. For Concierge Membership clients, a monthly membership fee covers ongoing support across all services. We are transparent about your investment – no surprises, no hidden charges.
How far in advance should I reach out?
For most international itineraries, we recommend beginning the planning process at least six to twelve months prior to departure. This ensures access to the best available accommodations, preferred flight options, and any experiences that require advance reservation. That said, we are experienced in working within tighter timelines when needed and will always be straightforward about what is achievable.
What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
You are never on your own. Stevens & Co. provides 1:1 support throughout your travel, with direct access to our team and our elite on-the-ground partners at your destination
