Maureen's perspective on travel was shaped long before it became her profession. A middle school trip to Europe sparked the curiosity. Studying abroad in South Africa deepened it. Twenty-three countries later, that curiosity has become a nuanced, firsthand understanding of place, culture, and what it means to truly experience the world.

For more than 15 years, she worked at the highest levels of luxury events — leading complex logistics for multi-million-dollar productions and managing group travel for billion-dollar companies including a Fortune 7 company. Her background coupled with her passion shapes everything Stevens & Co. does: the clear ownership, the proactive communication, and an uncompromising standard of care.

Maureen founded Stevens & Co. to offer discerning clients something the industry rarely provides: a single, deeply trusted partner who manages travel with the same intentionality as business.
